1. Description of the Service
coward.tax is a platform that allows users to create public accountability contracts tied to personal goals.

The platform may involve the following elements:
- Goal definition
- Deadline selection
- Minimum two-witness setup
- Witness verification within 24 hours after deadline
- Automated payment processing if a contract fails
coward.tax provides the infrastructure for these contracts but does not guarantee the outcome of any user commitment.

You understand that once a contract is executed, it cannot be modified or reversed
A contract may be considered failed if:
- Fewer than two witnesses are provided
- Any witness rejects completion
- The 24-hour witness review window expires without all required approvals
A contract may be considered completed only when at least two witnesses approve completion within the required timeframe.
All witness decisions made through the platform are final.
4. Payment Authorization
To execute a contract, users must authorize a payment method through our payment provider.
All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. coward.tax does not store full credit card details.

Every contract requires at least two witnesses to verify completion.
Witnesses receive a request to approve or reject completion during a 24-hour review window after deadline.
By submitting witness email addresses, you confirm that you have permission to provide their contact information.
Witness decisions submitted through the platform are used to determine the contract outcome.
